Home Depot Consumer Credit Card - CC-503 - I was using wrong User ID (edit)

The Home Depot Consumer Credit Card cannot locate my Quicken User ID. I have no problem logging into their website with the same user ID and password. The error message is a CC-503.

I realized my problem. I was using my Home Depot credentials. My Home Depot Consumer Credit Card credentials are different.
