Does Onpoint Community Credit Union Work with Direct Connect / Mac?

I keep getting this error when trying to connect my Onpoint account. Nothing on the Onpoint website helps with this error resolution.

    It sounds like you need to contact OnPoint and enable Quicken access to your account. Some banks do that.
