I keep getting this error when trying to connect my Onpoint account. Nothing on the Onpoint website helps with this error resolution.
It sounds like you need to contact OnPoint and enable Quicken access to your account. Some banks do that.

I see that OnPoint also supports Quicken Connect. Have you tried that? (I understand that D/C is preferred if available.)
I think Jon is right, you need to enable D/C on the CUs end. Be aware, though, that many FIs charge a monthly fee for this.
