Reconcile issues: tabbing through fields and even mouse clicking on OK not responding

I'm attempting to reconcile against bank statements and the tab key, which used to work fine, no longer works. I am able to click into the fields and enter the data, but when I click on OK with the mouse (since I can't tab through fields) nothing happens. No error message, just no response at all.

I'm on version R48.15, build 27.1.48.15, on Windows 11 Pro, all up to date.

    UPDATE: I was wrong; there was a recent Windows update I'd missed, and updating Windows fixed the problem.
