Merrill reinvested dividends: how to characterize?

In July 2022, Jack Biddle suggested adding the value of the dividend to the "added shares" transaction, which is excellent for getting the proper cost basis and minimizing clicks. I have been characterizing the "withdraw" transaction as "investment management fees" but this creates other problems. Does anyone have suggestions on how to characterize this transaction to minimize unintended consequences?

Do as @Rocket J Squirrel suggested -reduce the whole set to one transaction.
