One Chase Credit Card will update but the other won't...

I have 2 different Chase credit cards. Suddenly at the beginning of March one of the cards stopped updating when I run the online update in Quicken for Windows. The other account updates without problem. I've reauthorized my Chase accounts successfully on through Quicken and the Chase website but the one account still won't update.

Any thoughts? TIA!
