eTrade Savings Account - Not downloading data

I have an eTrade savings accont and a brokerage account. It appears that when I update transactions the brokerage account works just fine. The savings account, however, continually says I have the wrong credentials (I've confirmed that they are correct). I have two factor authentication setup with the Symantec VIP app on my phone.

Once in a great while it seems to work and want to link the accounts to the correct accounts already in Quicken.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Does E*Trade Bank run your savings account?
If so, try adding it to Quicken using E*Trade Bank as the Financial Institution Name and the same ID and password as for your brokerage.

Oh, and are there regular transactions, deposits or withdrawals, going to the savings account, not just Interest deposit transactions?
If you haven't made transactions to a savings account in many months, the account may have been marked dormant at the bank and you won't be able to download.

Greatly appreciate your help. Yes, it is an E Trade savings. I removed the accounts from Quicken and added them back in. It found them and gave me the live balances, but did not capture the transactions. These are active accounts and I'm stumped :-(.
