Recent transactions are not downloading

This is a continuation of this thread:
I started a new file, as instructed, and the download did include my recent transactions. What do I need to do to fix this issue on my main Quicken file? I have accounts with Discover Bank, if that makes a difference.

I had a similar issue. Discover credit card transactions were not downloading. It seems the problem was that the "Financial Institution" in account details needed to be set to "Discover Card" not "Discover Bank".
