Financial Institutions (FI's) stopped being updated in One Step Updates (OSU)

When performing my daily OSU this morning, I noticed that my accounts at American Express, Ally Bank, Chase, Bank of America and Citi Cards have not been updated since April 4th. This info comes from the OSU Summary Window, which shows the last update for each FI.

I then Reset one of my accounts in each of the FI's, which took me through the Reauthorizaton Process again. During this process , the missing transactions were downloaded.

This has happened before with AMEX,3 times so far with BofA and also with TD Bank.

    Hello @FlyerFran,

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.

To clarify, you are experiencing an issue where multiple different financial institutions are not downloading transactions?

If so, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.

    1. Navigate to Edit
    2. Preferences...
    3. Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
    4. Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
    5. Follow the prompts to Sign Out
    6. Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password (this screen is not a pop-up box)

Please let me know how this goes!

Wow, did as you requested, performed a OSU and now getting these messages:

Ally shows 6 accts, not updated since 04/03/23. Further, 5 of the accounts have circles with a line through them in the Account List. AMEX, which was working, shows 5 accounts updated yesterday. Chase has 1 account last updated on 04/03.

Just Reset one of the Ally accounts and all of them are now working fine.

Reset Chase (Marriott Visa) and worked well. Said it downloaded transactions from the last 2,679 days - but fortunatley it didn't add any to the account in Q' since it was up to date.

@Quicken Jasmine Performed my daily OSU this morning and again had problems with my AMEX accounts (which we fixed on 04/20/23. Got message that one Account was deleted then got the Circle with the Line Through It Icon at the front of 3 AMEX accounts in my Account List. Did another Reset for AMEX which took me throught the Authorization Process again.

Then did another OSU and all worked fine. I'm up to date on Q' release (Production Version) and have also Validated & SuperValidated the data file.

Suddenly my accounts no longer updated. Why do we have to go through this again?

I am also having this issue - when doing my OSU, the screen stays on waiting for many of my accounts for up to 10 minutes and then the accounts don't update -

update to the above - my last update actually downloaded some transactions from my chase account - but at the top of the account register it says last updated on 4/10 and although I accepted the transactions and they are marked 'c' cleared - when I reconcile it says no unreconciled data - something is definitely going sideways in the last couple of weeks - I downloaded and upgraded today hoping it would solve my issue - but it didn't work. Please help

@lkosturko — as indicated in my initial post above, Resetting one of my accounts for each FI got me running again. Resetting actually is making you go through the ReAuthorization process with the FI and it seems to me that all the bugs aren't worked out yet.

But, even though I've had to go through the Reset steps a number of times for some of the FI's, once I do then all is good.

@Quicken Jasmine — I don't think my 4/22 posts responding to your suggested fix were clear. I should have said that your the fix did not work for me, in fact it seemed to make matters worse. Details on what happened and my steps to correct the situation are shown above. Sorry for the confusion.

Finally, since 4/22, I've haven't had any issues during my daily OSU's.
