Won't download purchase transaction if payment transaction occurs on the same day

I tried to download 2 transactions occuring 20 April 2023. One of which is a payment frpm my bank to Citicards and the other is a purchase using Citicard (i.e., a credit and a debit on the same day). The payment downloads just fine but the purchase will not. Have tried multiple times but it will not work. Anyone else encounter this problem?

    Has the purchase cleared or is it still pending? Pending transactions don't download on Citi cards (at least they don't on mine using Direct Connect).

    Yes, purchase has cleared.

    Same for me for several of my financial institutions. Update summary shows that the connections to all of those institutions was completed. Tried several times
