How do I Remove a Financial Institution from the One Step Updating list and scheduled Update?

    If you no longer want or need to download from the FI at all: Account Register > upper right Gear icon > Edit Account Details > Online Services tab > Deactivate > OK. Doing this will also remove the FI from OSU Settings and from Scheduled Updates.

    If you do not wish to totally Deactivate but just don't want the FI to be included in OSU: Tools > One Step Update > Settings > uncheck the box for the FI you no longer want included in OSU > Apply > Close.

    If you no longer want the FI to be included in Scheduled Updates: Tools > Schedule Updates > uncheck the box for the FI you no longer want included in scheduled updates > OK.
