Error message
Trying to figure out what you are really asking. Where/how would you be uploading a qfx file from Quicken for Mac? Please describe what you're trying to accomplish and the steps you took and then maybe someone can help :-)
I downloaded a qfx file from my financial institution and then clicked on it to have it upload into Quicken for Windows and recieve the error message that I attached to this question. This has always worked previously until 04/22/23.

Gotcha. That's not uploading (uploading is sending a file from your computer to a cloud server etc) … but rather, importing.

If you are still receiving a OL-221 error and haven't already, please review the information and steps available here, and let us know if this helps to resolve the error or confirm the next steps.
It would also help if you told us the name of the bank or brokerage.
