Trying to figure out what you are really asking. Where/how would you be uploading a qfx file from Quicken for Mac? Please describe what you're trying to accomplish and the steps you took and then maybe someone can help :-)

I downloaded a qfx file from my financial institution and then clicked on it to have it upload into Quicken for Windows and recieve the error message that I attached to this question. This has always worked previously until 04/22/23.

Gotcha. That's not uploading (uploading is sending a file from your computer to a cloud server etc) … but rather, importing.

Edit: I just did a search and there are TONS of threads about issues importing QFX. Generally, it is best to search before posting on a similar topic. Here are some threads that might help you:
