I am unable to connect to my Truist bank account
This problem started two days—I can not connect to my Truist account—error message OL-220-A
All my other accounts are working fine-just Truist account doe not connect.
Anybody else-having problems with Truist connection.

Quicken-Jasmine has marked the issue as resolved. I can absolutely tell you that it is not. Come one quicken over a 2 week outage?

Just wondering …
another customer's download failed recently, but he is/was still downloading using the pre-merger website for SunTrust Bank, now named "zzz-SunTrust Bank".
This old website appears have been retired and is no longer accessible from Quicken.
Please check that you really are accessing the correct Truist Bank link from Quicken.0
