I used to be able to do this in Windows version but can't see how to do this in my Mac. Anybody know how? I looked online and couldn't find anything.

    For some reason I am unable to copy and paste a link to a past answered question, so I copied this answer from user Jacobs from a couple of years ago.

    You can manually set a single transaction to Reconciled by Option-clicking in the Cleared column twice (the first sets it to Cleared, the second to Reconciled)

    To change from Cleared status to Reconciled;

    Prss/Hold the Option key and click on the Clearedicon.

    You can repeat this actin to change from Reconciled to Uncleared.

    You will geta pop-up to confirm this status change.

    You can also right-click on the transaction and from the popup menu select Set Status of Selected Transaction to → Cleared. You can toggle the reviewed status from the same menu as well. This also works if you have multiple transactions selected.

    This one didn't work - cleared just changed it to the blue checkmark. I need reconsiled with the green circle with the checkmark. The option key in the other solutions works well.

    Yes, you're right - there's no menu option for reconciled. My mistake.
