quickenPatch.exe doesn't allow computer to sleep or shutdown

I recently updated to Quicken Windows, R49.22. After updating, I noticed my computer would not automatically go to sleep within 30 minutes, as it would previous to the recent update. In addition, I was unable to sign off my Windows account, as I would receive a message that Quicken is still updating. I noticed that "quickenPatch" was still running in task manager services when this happens, even though Quicken was not running. When I end the process, everything works like it should again.
