MacBook Pro Quicken Installer Error "Apple cannot check it for malicious software"

I downloaded Quicken for Mac dmg and am getting this Apple Error. Does anyone have insight as to how I get around this and install the software? Thank you!

    First, you did download this from quicken.com and not somewhere else, right?

    Second, make sure you're running the installer on an account that has admin privileges. Click on System Settings in the Apple menu, scroll down to Users & Groups and select that, then make sure it says "Admin" under your user name.

    Third, try right-clicking on the installer and selecting Open instead of double-clicking on it, that can sometimes give you slightly different options for opening the file.
