Transfers & income disappeared

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
My bi-monthly income reminders and savings transfers went to monthly and I had to change them back. hoping nothing else disappeared

Are you syncing to the cloud? That seems to be the cause of reminders changing frequency for the user:
Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.
