quicken id & password issue


While open new file from quicken again & again password & id is asking. Already i have purchased quicken for one year

    A couple of things that some have done that resolved this issue for them:

    Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts > Sign in as a different user > Yes > Sign Out > when prompted, sign back in using your current (not a new) Quicken ID and PW.

    If that did not resolve the issue:

    1. Edit > Preferences > Mobile & Web > Sync = ON > OK
    2. Edit > Preferences > Mobile & Web > Reset your cloud data > Yes > Reset. Sometimes the Cloud Account gets out of sync with the installation and/or your Quicken.com profile which can cause Quicken to continuously prompt you to log in . This process will reset your Cloud Account so everything is is sync, again.
    3. If you do not use Quicken Mobile and/or Quicken on the Web: Edit > Preferences > Mobile & Web > Sync = OFF > OK. This will ensure your financial accounts data is not saved to your Cloud Account.

    Did either of these things resolve the issue for you? If so, which one?
