I am a new Mac user and am frustrated with Fidelity Netbenefits

Frustrated new user

I recently went back to Quicken after a two year pause. I have successfully linked all my accounts including Net Benefits ( Fidelity).

The Fidelity 401k doesn't update. It shows $0 despite the HSA account showing correctly.

Anyone else have this issue? I am in my 30 day trial and if the 401k doesn't work dosen't seem like its worth the time and effort to move back to Quicken.
