Just received for first time. Will try again tomorrow to download transactions.

    This was after adding a new CD thru Quicken add account. I contacted Wells Fargo and they tried a bunch of things and nothing worked including giving Quicken permission to access the new CD. Then I noticed that the routing number Quicken had entered for the new CD was 000000000. I replaced it with the correct routing number. Now I get error OL-393-A. Wells Fargo could not fix that error either and gave up and told me to contact Quicken. I tried resetting the account and that seemed to work but when I did another update account Quicken gave me the same error.

    Figured it out. Before you add an account to Wells Fargo, you have to go to https://www.wellsfargo.com/fmssetup and log in then add the account to quicken within 10 minutes
