Not working
Once again, this [edit - profanity]Quicken is not working. I originally downloaded the Quicken program from the internet, when the subscription expired I bought the program from a store and installed it but now it says my subscription has expired although I installed it a couple of months ago. This is the second time this has happened……NOT HAPPY. What can I do. Thx

Log into your Quicken.com account. Does it show your subscription is active?
If so, open Quicken and go to Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts > Sign in as a different user > Yes > Sign Out > when prompted sign back in with your current Quicken ID and PW.
Then go to Help > About Quicken. Does it show the correct expiration date?

Thank you for the info, I just happen to type in Quicken in my computer search and found a copy of info from April which was current enough. I was able to print off each account so I can get this POS off my computer and start using a hand ledger. I am not going through this again. Thanks again, have a good night!
