Deleting duplicate investment accounts
Hi - I just started using Quicken Mobile. I've been using Quicken for MAC since the first of the year. When I was setting up my investment accounts I had some issues and ended up deleting a couple of duplicate accounts. Those accounts are not in Quicken for MAC nor do they show in settings for transfer to mobile. However when they were first setup they did transfer to mobile and there they remain overstating my net worth. How can I delete them from the mobile app? There is not an obvious way to do so.

Try this: Go to menu Quicken > Settings > Connected Services. Click the Reset button. This will overwrite the date in Quicken Cloud with that from your Quicken Mac desktop data file. Make sure your desktop file is accurate and up to date beforehand.

I tried that but no luck. Quicken Cloud is correct however mobile version stays stubbornly wrong.

Maybe I should just remove the mobile app and reinstall it!

Removing and reinstalling it was the simple solution.
