US Treasury Bills and Quicken

US Zero Coupon Treasury Bills are showing up in my account with grossly incorrect value? It happens to historical data as well as current. If I remove the incorrect share price, it just comes back.

Anyone else have this issue and what is the best solution?

    When I update the data myself, it goes goes back to being incorrect after I download another set of transactions? Would love to find a real solution.
