Fidelity 401k started having negative balance after loan started

I've seen others with this problem, but the answers don't seem to match what's happening to me.

Before a 401k loan hit my transaction download (around Sept 6, 2022), each transaction would have a matching cash amount which caused the resulting balance to stay at $0. These have "record proceeds?" or "Use cash for this transaction" from "<name of my 401k account>". After that date, that changed to "from this account's cash balance". Since there is no balance, it becomes negative.

How can I get it to instead record each transaction as "from <my account>"?
