Stop requiring Checking Account to be set up for Check Pay when just want to use for Quick Pay

Sometime in the last year, the bank account I had set up for QuickPay now requires that I enable it to send checks as well. I do NOT want to have Quicken send checks for me - I can do that directly through my bank's website. I do NOT want Quicken to send my bank microdeposits to verify it. I do NOT want to see a notification at the top of the Bill Tab that I have an account that requires microdeposits to be verified… but then again so few of my credit cards can be paid direct through Quicken right now, that the agent I last spoke to suggested I just disable my checking account from being able to send any form of payment on my Bill tab… done for now. Hoping to be able to do all my banking in Quicken someday!!
