New Capital One Account

I have gotten a new Capital One credit card and cannot figure out how to get it set up on my Quicken. I try adding it, but it just spins and will not connect. Is there something that I need to do on the Capital One side to get it to connect? Thanks for any assistance you may have!

    When you try adding the new card, try to use the Add Accounts process ("+" icon in the Accounts Sidebar title) and not any of the Activate functions of the account register's Actions gear icon.

    Try not to be using a VPN. A secured Ethernet cable connection or secured WiFi should suffice.
