Why does Quicken Bill Manager so terribly unreliable?


I have been a quicken user for several years and remember how excited I was when this function was added, it had such promise on paper. But several years of hoping beyond hope that it would somehow just work as advertised, I go through the tedious steps to connect my bills only to have it work once , maybe twice before, things get disconnected, need to be constantly refreshed, reconnected, or totally deleted and re-added.

not really expecting an answer or magical fix to this totally unreliable function….I just am so frustrated with it.

here is another question, have you ever thought of just removing the function all together? at this point would probably be better.
