Additional security deposit received

I have a tenant that is paying additional funds towards their security deposit. They are paying $ 100/month for 7 months in addition to the initial deposit they paid in 2019. How would I report this "income" so that it becomes a liability ? I'm wondering if I increase the " Security deposit collected "
