AMEX authorization

I got a pop-up screen notice to authorize AMEX, but I can't find the prompt to do this.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Are you referring to a screen like the sample image below?
If so, that screen is a reminder to reauthorize your American Express account(s) if you haven't done so already. If you are not getting the prompt, you may have already done it.
If you're not certain whether you have done it or not, you can check by going to Tools>Account List. Click the Edit button next to the account, then click the Online Services tab. It will show the Financial Institution and Connection Method in the upper left (see sample image below).
If you have already gone through the reauthorization, you will see the Connection Method showing Express Web Connect +
