The SYNCHRONY ALERT where credentials are not recognized since Synchrony has made changes to the login URL has not had further updates since April. The root cause appears to be a new flow of links to the login page. The following may support a solution for Quicken to implement. This is a big issue for those of us that use Quicken daily. As of now, I am not able to download my Amazon account nor add and download my Rooms to Go account into Quicken.
Quicken will need to ADD a new Financial Option for Synchrony - such as Synchrony Credit Cards-Universal using www.synchrony.com/signin. www.synchrony.com will take users to the main site, not to the page where login credentials are entered.
FYI: 3 spaces have been added after "http" below so the full link can be viewed; otherwise, it turns into a hyperlink.
