Quicken Kristina mod

I did the same thing that "retireharley" did and had the same result. I switched the download from Citi to Costco Anywhere Visa. It seemed to work except that it did not download the new transactions and ended up with an incorrect balance. I researched it and discovered that the incorrect balance was the balance from the previous bill plus the "posted total" on the Citibank website. It was adding in the posted total even though that amount was already reflected in the individual transactions in the register. I had to do an adjustment of the posted total amount to have a correct balance. Setting up the card as a Costco Anywhere Visa clearly does NOT work.

The delay in getting this fixed is extremely frustrating. This is the most used financial instrument and if Quicken can not get this working, it doesn't do me much good.

Any current updates on this download problem?? Mine has been down for about 1 week. This morning after reading the blog, I changed the download from Citi to Costco Anywhere Visa and my Costco card downloaded, however, it showed a wrong balance…all the way back to account start balance??

But…my MC will not download…still broken!!! HELP

Back to the Citibank credit card issue. I finally got a window to enter my Citi credentials from Quicken Classic, but I got the cc-501 error. I guess I try again tomorrow after everyone resets their computers
