AmEx Reauthorization Problem

My accounts were identified incorrectly. [Removed - Sarcasm/Profanity] Quicken or AmEx labeled them wrong, so I reauthorized based on the last 5 digits but the names for those accounts were identified incorrectly. All the transactions are cross-pollinating and in accounts that they shouldn't be in. [Removed - Sarcasm]

How do I fix something like this?

    Reauthorization process [mess]ed up all 3 Amex accounts
