4th Wednesday every month except for transfers?

4th Wednesday of every month my money get deposited into my checking account and Quicken has the option to record this properly. 4th Wednesday monthly.

However I cannot set transfers to savings or other accounts the same way. It just doesn't make sense.

You can certainly schedule a transfer as you describe. What is preventing you?
