Credit Card indicates "Disconnected" online

When I use the online app and go to setting / accounts I see some of my credit cards are "Disconnected". Everything works when I perform at synch and I received no errors.

Can someone explan why the online app indicates that my USAA and Citi credit cards show "Disconnected"?
