I am currently running Quicken Deluxe Version R45.18, Build: 27.1.45.18, Edition: Canada on Windows 11.
Clicking on Check for Updates reports "A new version of Quicken (Release 48.15) is available for download.
I don't see any mention of that release in

however

does show Release R48.15 (Canada Versions, April 2023) and the corresponding release notes.
Is R48.15 (Canada Versions, April 2023) fully released for Canadians or just a limited/targeted release at this point?
