quicken on the web, attachments disappearing

I have noticed that transactions with attachments only seem to be visable for a couple weeks. Longer than that, I get this message when I click on the paper clip:

This document is no longer available.

However, in the desktop version, I can still see it.

Using attachments in Quicken is generally a bad idea. There are issues with it, it bloats the data file size and what happens if Quicken decides at a later date to stop supporting it?

A better way is to create a file structure to save the attachments as pdf files. This way you remove the bloat from the data file and you can open an attachment (for example a bank statement) without having to open Quicken
