Why do I pay a subscription when AIG won't update with any consistency?

I go weeks without updates. It's ridiculous. I've been using quicken for a very very long time. VALIC AIG now Corebridge is, and has always been, the sore spot.

I don't understand why this can't be figured this out. I don't understand why Quicken doesn't try harder to keep paying customers happy.
