Quicken Mac Vanguard balance is never correct, and by a huge difference

My employer allows me to contribute to both traditional and roth 401k, however, when I sync my account, a fraction of my true balance shows. I don't know if this is because it is not downloading the roth transactions or viceversa. When I log into Vanguard I see it all combined, so I can't tell why this is not working. I was hoping that through the years this would be fixed, but it has not been the case. How can I fix this?

Your traditional and Roth 401Ks are going to be separate accounts, so you would need to have two accounts set up in Quicken. It sounds like you only have one Vanguard account in Quicken - does that account's balance match your traditional 401K balance? If so, you'll need to set up a new account for your Roth 401K. Or if the current Quicken balance matches your Roth 401K balance, set up a new account for your traditional 401K.
