Unable to Connect to Citi Card for A YEAR

fdp-102 error preventing a connection with (costco?) Citi Visa has been going on for a whole year. The last "update" which was no update at all was over 3 months ago.

Why is this not resolved? What is taking so long?

    When trying to connect to "Citi Cards" as the financial institution, have you also tried to use the "Direct Connect" option? That seems to work with most Citi credit cards.
