Quicken cannot send email with attachment

Just a couple of days ago, Quicken started giving me an error when trying to email an invoice directly from the email button on the invoice. If I have the attachment box checked (which has always been checked before), it says it cannot send it with an attachment. If I uncheck that box, it says "unable to send email. There may be a problem with the network or server." However, there is no problem with the network or server for any other internet needs either on Quicken or any other program or device, so I believe it's not the network or server. My Thunderbird email program sends and receives just fine.

Please try this:
• Go to Edit / Preferences / Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
• Click the "Sign in as a different user" link on the right side.
• Sign out, then sign back in to your Quicken account using your existing Quicken ID.0 -
