Schwab Brokerage: Duplicate Transactions Occuring for Options trades

Hello!

Say, I've been having an issue with Schwab (no other brokerages) for many months creating duplicate transactions.

It seems, that once a trade is placed (seems specific to options orders), it is nearly immediately available to download into Quicken. Then, the same transaction ends up being downloaded again later in the evening on the same day the transaction occurred. For any given transaction that is downloaded in duplicate, only the fees have changed (often they are reduced). This results in two journal entries within Quicken, making it potentially very confusing if not caught and corrected.

I'd like to know:

1. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
2. What can I tell Schwab technicians that will assist them?
