Chase not downloading with OSU

Having a similar issue with Chase - seems download is semi-broken. Not getting transactions with OSU. Frustrating!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Are you getting any error messages when downloading from Chase? Is OSU acting like its working, but then showing 0 transactions for your Chase account(s)? You mentioned it is semi-broken; are you getting your Chase information to download some other way?

Do you have just one set of credentials with Chase, or do you have multiple logins with them? If you have multiple, is this problem affecting all Chase accounts, or just under one login? Do you update accounts individually, or all at once using OSU? Do you have Cloud/Mobile sync on, and if so, do you update that separately or do the sync along with the OSU also?
