Multiple Online Banking Issues [Edited]

Every day I realize that something isn't working on quicken. First Fidelity investments (took over a month to resolve, then Paypal Credit (Since March) still problem (on phone over an hour still not working) and this morning I realized Citibank has not been downloading since end of last month (Can't spend another hour or more to get no results).
