has the connection change for PNC Bank happened?
a while ago i received an email about the connection method changing for PNC Bank. Since 5/11 i have not been able to completed a download. Help?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. The connection change hasn't happened yet. When it does happen, you should get a notification in Quicken when you try to update your accounts. It would look similar to the sample image below.
Are you getting any error codes and/or messages when you try to update your PNC account(s)? If not, then what is happening? What does the One Step Update screen show when the update finishes?
What connection method do you use with PNC? To check, go to Tools>Account List. Click the Edit button next to the account. Click on the Online Services tab. It will show you the financial institution name and connection method there.
