Red flag on an account that I cannot get rid of

I've seen quite a bit of traffic on this topic and have tried to figure this out before posting here. It seems the solution of finding the transactions in the online center may work, but even when I go there I see 0 transactions so my case seems a bit different.

Any ideas on how to find those 56 transaction? I've run validation, but nothing obvious there.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.

    In some cases, Quicken will tell you that you have downloaded transactions to accept but you do not see any transactions that can be accepted. You may follow this link to access a FAQ which provides more information as well as some troubleshooting steps to take. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).
