CC-502 with CITIBANK

anyone getting this error with CITIBANK? I see a threat posted but it is not listing CITIBANK

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. The CC-502 error with Citibank is a known issue. If you want to see updates (when available) and know when the issue is resolved, you can bookmark this Community Alert. If you do not see the bookmark icon in the upper right corner, please make sure you are signed into the Community.
If you have a credit card issued through Citi, you should be able to bypass this issue by using Direct Connect. To do that, first, backup your Quicken file. Then deactivate the Citi credit card account(s). Go to Tools>Add Account and select Citi Cards. Then click the Advanced Options link.
Select Direct Connect and click Next.
Follow the prompts to get your accounts relinked. If you have trouble connecting by Direct Connect, you can review this FAQ for more information.
