Why doesn't my DTE account show in EBills?

Quicken for Mac says it has the account in it. But I no longer see it in the accounts under bills and income.

    My DTE E-Bill account does not show in Bills. The account shows in Payees as an E-Bill account but shows no bill for an active account.
