Why does the account balance in the sidebar not agree with the ledger balance? (Q Mac)

The bank balance shown in the sidebar does not agree with the ledgerr balance. The ledger balance agrees with the bank.

    In Quicken Settings on the Sidebar tab, which option is selected in the Displayed Balances section: Today's Balance, Projected Balance, or Online Balance? Does changing that setting fix your problem?

    If changing the Displayed Balances option isn't fixing the problem, then please let us know what bank, what kind of account, and what method you are using to sync with the bank (Direct Connect or Quicken Connect)?
