Email issues

I just started having an issue with typing an invoice email last week. Maybe get 1 sentence done and then it disappears. I tried typing up in word and ctrl-C and it only copies my signature. Is anyone else having this same problem?? Downloading 40+ invoices every week is way too time consuming.
