Delete Actions and they reappear the next time

There are some actions that I don't use, such as CASH, XFER, SENT, DEBIT, that I don't use, so I go to the actions and I delete the ones I don't want. Ever since the last major upgrade a few months ago, while I can delete the actions, after a day or two, they all come back. I've done this now a dozen times over the last couple of months and they all wind up being restored. This didn't use to happen, I think there may be a error in the last major upgrade. Anyone else having this problem?
