Quicken Mobile Real Time Quotes

How is the real time quotes option supposed to work?

It seems counter intuitive to me. I’ve been struggling to get current investment values displayed in the mobile app. With ‘Real Time Quotes’ enabled, I only get yesterday’s closing prices/values and ‘Today’s change’ is always 0.00. With this option disabled, I get up-to-date quotes/values - which is what I want. Am I missing something or is this option working backwards?
