Chase not working AGAIN!!

Since last summer, Chase has not been downloading and reconciling automatically. It recognizes the "current" bank balance as the "cleared" bank balance, which is incorrect (you always reconcile to the cleared balance). This was partially fixed sometime last year, but on the weekends it was still broken (I can live with this). Now it's happening all over again! So now I have no choice to go into my bank's website and plug in the cleared balance to Quicken manually.

What good is a solution that has been broken for almost a year, partially fixed and now broken all of the time? Somehow I think this happened with the recent 7.0.4 release. Please advise.
